Fine feathers

Lots to do today, and we didn't come to until 9:20am - must have been shattered!

After breakfast and a couple of cups of steaming hot coffee, and having declined MrM's offer of going on a nice long walk (he went by himself), I eventually sprang in to action -
jars sterilised and filled with mincemeat, puddings mixed and steamed, another present bought, another parcel wrapped and ready to go in tomorrow's post (in the hope that it arrives before Christmas Day, postal strikes permitting...) and a few necessary chores completed. Phew!

The vase in the Blip is very precious. It was made by a friend and colleague in Wakefield who, very sadly, was killed in a road accident a few years ago.
