Winter Jasmine

Walking back from the library on another dismal, damp day, I came across this very welcome splash of Winter colour in the park. Even on such a grey day, it was still good to finally get out of the house and get some fresh air...

At this morning's book group we discussed our last two books: The Woman Who Went To Bed For A Year by Sue Townsend (a "marmite" book - half of the group enjoyed it, half didn't, including me), and Regeneration by Pat Barker (one of those books that you don't particularly enjoy reading at the time, but once you've finished it and look back on it, you're glad you read it). The book I enjoyed reading most over Christmas was Hidden Treasures by Fern Britton, a real cosy and comfy book, if you know what I mean!
