The Road to Where?

Fog descended swiftly as I drove up the A50 to Sue's at Markfield. Visibility seemed almost nil.

Driving back to Shepshed, I turned down the road towards Ulverscroft and parked in the Stoneywell Cottage car park to take some fog photos. I was turfed out of the car park by a couple of irate gardeners who told me the cottage was closed for the present. I parked outside and took this shot of a magnificent tree in the mist.

Once over the crest of Beacon Hill, the fog dissipated and visibility was much improved.

I'd had a fantastic singing session at Judy's making my way through, Ach, ich fühl's, Porgi Amor, Dove Sono and Vissi d'Arte, all fairly effortlessly.

Camera club tonight where Brian gave a talk on storage media for digital cameras and software for recovering files accidentally deleted.

Very useful tip from Paul on Facebook on how to enhance photos of the Milky Way. Photo taken on Glencoe trip last week.
