Back to Mucky

After yesterdays lovely weather, today was a big disappointment - cool but the worst part very misty and with a nasty breeze. So took to the shelter of the forest but had to endure the patches of very hard slippery ice.

Flash still not well and I am not much better with at least one kidney stone popping out every day and since last night, toothache has returned which I am trying to keep in check with turmeric and coconut oil brushing and turmeric, coconut oil and pepper paste.

Doesn't look good and I still haven't made an appointment with the surgeon to get the tooth removed following my dentist check up 12 days ago!
