Flower Friday 17: Purple in the early Spring sunshine

Lovely as it is to go away, it is always somehow even nicer to be able to come home again afterwards.  

In the garden we seem to have a whole host of purple crocii /crocuses in bloom, as you can see.  I'm not sure where they have sprung from, there was not much sign of them a week ago as we were getting ready to go to Amsterdam.

I'm hoping to use the weekend to try to catch up on Blip, as I've just not been able to find the time to do so recently.  I see the Blip board have published the annual accounts and directors statement, all of which seem sensible stuff. Its amazing to think that blip was reborn a whole year ago now.  Time really does fly.
