And It's Gone!!

It's been a lovely day, a calm morning, cold though and some wintery showers, which continued through the day.  Blue skies and sunshine for most of the day :)  

It was a quiet morning in the museum, but the Anderson High school pupils came in to practice their talk, which is on next week.  I had a busier afternoon with art sales, donations, photo orders etc.   Mam came by after work, and dad got out the hospital tonight, waiting for results.  Walkies with Sammy in the snow, and now time for my feet up.  

I had blipped the old peerie house that stood on this site, the tree stump and then the 18th January.  I was saddened to finally see it gone, it came down yesterday.  Hopefully the new houses on the site will make it for it.  Is it called progress?  Taken on Gibblestone Road, Scalloway.
