Flower Friday

I came across this in the garden in a small rockery that's just been made and I've no idea what it is; I hope someone out there will be able to tell me as I'd love to get some more.  

The weekend really does seem to come round quickly, and I hope you'll all have a good one;  we're meeting friends this evening and going to a new restaurant which we hear is very good so I'm looking forward to it. A huge thank you to BikerBear for the lovely FF challenge and thank you Blippers for sending my cute Robin to the popular pages  -  it seems that I'm not alone in loving these feisty little birds.
