Red kites at Bellymack Hill Farm

We've been making the most of the fine weather on our tandem in Dumfries and Galloway.

Our route today started in Kirkcudbright. From here we headed north, then west, and then south again to Gatehouse of Fleet. The last leg east brought us back to our starting point.

We made two stops along the route. The first was Bellymack Hill Farm to observe the red kites at 'feeding time', and then in Gatehouse of Fleet to buy sandwiches for our own lunch. The former was more spectacular than the latter, as can be seen from my blip.

Back at the house we played Scrabble before dinner - and I won again.

Exercise today: 35 miles of tandem riding.
