Promise of summer

Looking at the weather forecast, we shouldn't get too excited about summer just yet; a cold snap is on its way - apparently.

Today we chose to ignore that. Cousteau and I went out for lunch and then I took him for a walk at the Dog Park. I managed to capture a naughty pooch who wouldn't come back to his owner. Then a lovely Bassett Hound, called Bruce, took a bit of a liking to the big red one. He followed us around the dog park while his owners chilled in the sunshine on a bench.

He climbed into my car and refused to get out. His new best friend had to jump out so that we could get Bruce to go to his own car. Even then, it was a struggle to keep him there!

Back to B's to take this shot and to watch the Lorax on Apple TV. It's a really cute movie.

Home now to make a roast beef (Rae is providing red wine) and do some high speed processing so that I can Dropbox them later tonight.

Better get on to it.
