Summer in the city!

Just back from seeing Grace off in Leeds as she is travelling back to Bristol today.

A glorious day just like the one when I was travelling down last Friday.

We had a coffee at Pasta Romagna which is one of our old favourites though there was no sign of the old lady who shouted just an old man who spilled the milk. The smells were amazing and it was tempting to go back for lunch, but after a bit of shopping we headed for Trinity Kitchen. Walked all the way on the wrong floor so had to go back to the escalator and then decided we couldn't be bothered so went to Carluccio's instead. A more recent favourite.

This was the best one of Grace though the Trinty Centre in the background is rather bleached out.
Back home in time to pick up Chris and Alex from the station. They have been in the Isle of Man to watch the pre TT Classic and had a good time.

Drinks with friends soon so not enough to time to miss Grace yet but it's always a bit flat when she's gone.
