Bempton Cliffs

The sun woke me early today and we decided on the spur of the moment to visit Bempton Cliffs on the east coast.  Setting off early meant even though it was Saturday the roads were fairly quiet and being early meant we got there before everyone else -  making everything easier.  I was surprised just how small the Puffins are, and how big and beautiful the Gannets;  it was a first for both of us but we'll definitely be going back. We arrived home weary but happy and we're now both looking forward to an evening just slumped in front of the TV.

Thank you for the kind response to my humble Nasturtium yesterday;  it seems you all like them as much as I do. :-))
