One of those days...

Where I have achieved nothing because I felt so tired.  

I set my alarm for 7.30 this morning but when it woke me up I still felt exhausted so I re-set if for 8.30.  When it went off at 8.30 I thought I had hit snooze but I hadn't.  Next thing I knew it was almost 11am! 

This afternoon I have done a little pottering in between snoozing.  Alan's been out and about and David's ticked lots of little niggly chores off his list so at least he has a sense of achievement.

The news of the Grenfell Tower fire is just horrific.   My heart goes out to all those affected.  Once again the response from our emergency services and the general public has been exemplary.   Such caring.
