Male Blackbird.

A morning round home, so I concentrated on bird action shots trying to capture the bickering among the Goldfinches on the feeders.  Somebody is thinking "that's not a Goldfinch and there is no action".  Well yes you are right but this shot of the male "Blackie" appealed to me more than any of the action shots.

In the afternoon we made our monthly trip up to Great Orton garden centre taking Kanyl with us.  I had decided before we set off I didn't want yet another flower shot so I left my camera at home.  It was a warm and pleasant afternoon.  The only downer was our second occurrence of the garden centre not quite abiding by the labelling of goods regulations.
