Overflowing

I am overflowing with pride I have to say.  Poppy was assessed today for a therapy dog and passed.  I have been working with her doing extra training and I knew she has some pitfalls that normally are a fail.  Mainly it is when I leave her she gets a bit whingey.  The assessor gave me some leeway I think because she said she had such a good relationship with me and after the initial whinge she settled down.  Whatever the reason however I am thrilled.  She will eventually get her own nursing home to visit but for the time being will be a back up for Hamish.  Crikey if I didn't take him to the nursing home they would be complaining and I believe in easing them in and she is only 18 months.
