BB got up far too early, but TT sent him back to bed for a couple of hours!  The boys then went to BB’s football, and I went for a run – just over five miles, plus a walk up hill though the woods.  It was windy, and I was glad to have the wind behind me on the homeward stretch.

We pottered, did a few chores and TT planted up a few more pots with the last of his bargain plants.

We headed into town for a late lunch, and having been for a run I felt justified in having some lovely comfort food.  Once home, TT had to get himself organised for another trip to China.  A couple of BB’s friends came round and they played happily in the garden.

We all then headed to a summer party at a friend’s house and had a very lovely evening.

Yesterday was Haddstock – with lots of music around town and in cafes. Unfortunately our café of choice for lunch, had no music.  We had to make do with some very noisy buskers!
