(Belatedly) planting the tubs

Today I finally managed to plant up a few tubs to stand on the wall around the patio. They always look good, but the weeks have gone by and the job has not reached the top of the priority list!

You can see some of our roses in the background. They are in a bed outside the window of Mum's workroom (aka "the studio") so she has a lovely view.

This afternoon the other Marjorie came for tea and chat. We saw photos from a wedding she attended in Canada recently and talked about our respective trips to the other side of the Atlantic.

I was asked to help friends who cannot access their emails at the moment, and went to see the computer. They use LiveMail which is not my programme of choice. Their gmail messages come through but not the btinternet ones. I need to return tomorrow to try to sort it out for them. It's like being a detective.
