Tiny buds

At last we had some rain today, the first time in weeks - not as much as I would have liked but enough to wet the lawn so that it may hopefully get a little greener.

Busy again today - we also had another viewing today which meant we had to clear out the house and take Murdoch - and poor Murdoch is not well today, he has been vomiting and is listless and actually looks ill - dogs get a very dry nose and their coat goes a bit funny when they are ill. If he is not better by tomorrow morning I will take him to the vet.

I was at the new house today as they have started hanging the curtains - they look beautiful but are all various shades of grey - boring or elegant? Now that they are going up I am not sure if we should have gone for more colour.

Just after it rained I went outside and took a photo of this little plant - got no idea what it is, but the bigger version is in the extras. Our gardener says the garden at the new house has been planted with rubbish plants (as is typical of a developer who wants to finish off the garden to sell the house but does not want to spend too much on it), so he would like to replant and get something more interesting in the garden. We agree, but that is a project for after summer when the plants are cheaper and there is more rain.
