Bike Rack

My wide angle entry for Wednesday but for the life of me I cannot fit it into the theme - J, E or 6?? Surprisingly pleasing to look at bike rack in Tunbridge Wells  or maybe the Council think the racks need a hint to let people know what they are. It does look like one of those very early bikes without pedals.
