What's this then? A hydrangea?

Occupied the morning with stuff, you know, writing emails following up things, getting down that list of tasks that never seems to shrink. Made the effort to take the dashcam out of the car to check how if it was working and how to change the various settings. The dashcam records in 3 minute blocks, overwriting the oldest stuff as it goes along. I would have been able to watch each journey since 17th June had I the time and inclination. For some reason it had protected a couple of files from earlier in the year. One where we were leaving Edinburgh and the other as we were passing over the Kirkstone Pass in the sleet in November. Strange!

Susan was out with ladies who lunch. After my early lunch I went to the allotment to begin to clear the oldest row of broadbeans, more weeding and sow the last succession of dwarf beans. Found that the climbing beans had produced enough pods for our first helping for dinner.
