Pop-Up

Another extension to a Friday with a later than usual finish taking up an invite to a pop-up restaurant created by an ex-student and a group of Y10s. They have worked incredibly hard today doing everything from filleting fish, deboning chickens and making custard and mayonnaise from scratch. The food was lovely, they'd made the 'restaurant' look less like a 'canteen' than usual and I was proud of kids and staff alike. A memorable day for them and a very pleasant end to the week for me.
