Verdi

This was my view of the auditorium at Watford Colloseum this afternoon whilst rehearsing for tonight's performance of Verdi's Requiem Mass. It's very operatic needing large orchestra, big choir and powerful soloists. A great sing and very emotional. Our soloists were stunning and had us in tears at times. The bass was awesome...what a voice (and good looking too). We had a large audience in the evening and didn't sing to an empty hall!
You just can't beat a good Requiem!

A small detail, but there were random orange chairs in the set up which bugged me and quite a few others. We decided they were the 'naughty' chairs!!
