Abstract Thursday - monster

The above abstract is purely the result of trying to take a picture of the City Sightseeing bus as it passed through Tweedbank this afternoon, but forgetting to switch the autofocus back on!  Today's theme is "monster" - thanks Ingeborg for hosting - and Big Red certainly comes under that heading.  I can tell when it goes past the back of my house just by the roar of the engine.

The extra is a wee mono shot, taken by an obliging waitress at Herges on the Loch where I had a wee blipmeet with thechimp, thebear, and mazgilchimp1990.  It great to finally meet up after following each other on blip for about three years and our paths coming so close to crossing several times.  If you are eagle eyed, you may even spot Timmy, the tiger, subject of many blips sitting on thechimp's shoulder :)
