Mousing - Spotted

The stable cat was on the prowl this afternoon, checking the undergrowth for small furry animals.  She was not at all impressed with the attention I was giving her while stalking, but within a minute or so she sidled over for some fuss and stroking.

I'd joined my wife as she rode on Cannock Chase, helping out with the enthralling task of 'poo' picking the paddock.  I kept the camera with me having spotted some vintage aircraft passing by earlier.  Unfortunately they flew too far away for any meaningful images, which was disappointing as the noise of the engine of one made me think it might have been a Spitfire.
