Morning Swim

We took Piper out for her swim and walk early on Monday.  She was happy that we found her longer swim rope so she could swim out farther into the lake.  She doesn't seem to mind that the water is freezing, I guess all that fur insulates her.  Then our niece and hubby came after lunch and spent the rest of the afternoon with us.  Jim brought his guitar and serenaded us with some of his original songs.  We really enjoy his music.  Liz wanted to learn to make macrame jewelry but she catches on to crafts so quickly that there wasn't much teaching necessary.  She had a whole bracelet made by the time they headed back to their camp. 
Then we cooked dinner and spent another nice evening by the campfire. :-))
