Swam, sorted bank. Worked at home, too long. Rained. Went to Straiton. Returned stuff. Bought stuff. Watched rest of 'China Girl'.

My guest E sprained her ankle yesterday. Young couple, she can barely walk. Today they Googled pharmacy but too late to get a tubigrip. If only they'd asked. At least I've stopped them getting to the station at 6.30 am for an 8.50 train. London, via Birmingham. Nearly 6 hours. Not my cup of tea. I hope she's ok.

The roses are almost over but still a pretty colour.
