Typical

An earlier start than yesterday and rain to walk in first thing. I was in work before 8 and the first students came in to collect their results before 9. A few disappointments and one or two with some thinking to do about future plans but no tears. Time to get on with some of my own work after lunch before heading home in the sunshine. 

Bailey gave me more of a greeting today and doesn't appear to have been in sulk-mode. That was helped by a visit from my hairdresser who is another favourite person. Our new protect-the-new-carpet-from-muddy-paws-doormats also arrived today. Typically, Bailey decided to make himself comfortable on the discarded one and not the new one. Contrary boy!
