Dinner

This is the best picture of a bad lot! Miss E had just shovelled a boiling hot chicken goujon into her mouth!!
It was dog training first thing. Archie didn't cover himself in glory! He was probably taking his lead from the Little Misses who didn't behave particularly well.  Miss E got sent to the car in after shoving Miss L in the back as hard as she could.
Apparently Miss L had punched her first but I missed that!
Honestly!!!!
We came home and they had a couple of hours watching some new cartoon boxset they've discovered on Netflix - Chat Noir and Ladybug. Uuugghhhh!! Then after lunch we headed over to Mrs A's to spend the afternoon with her and the boys.
The children all disappeared off the minute we got there - spying, chasing each other with bows and arrows, running around with iPads on secret missions. And while they were happily off playing Mrs A and I could happily sit in the garden drinking tea and eating cookies. Lovely!!
Archie had a fabulous time again with Monty and Mabel. He is so at home there!!
I hadn't intended to stay for dinner but Mrs A kindly invited us to stay. Much to the Little Misses' delight!
They ate outside and then there was more crazy running about, spying, disappearing off to bedrooms to listen to music and play Minecraft.
Getting them to leave was like herding cats!! I'd get one of them in the hallway about to put their shoes on and then she'd disappear and the other one would appear, then they'd both disappear and I'd find them outside with the boys riding bikes and scooting round.
I eventually rounded them up and got them into the car. I suppose it's a good sign when they don't want to leave somewhere - show's they've had a good time!!

Day two of my camping trip with the Little Misses here.
