Quod oculus meus videt

Woodland Cottage, Weston Park

Visited Weston Park today to deliver some printed images to a client.  The operators of the park have converted part of the Granary into rented office accommodation and the new tenants wanted something for their meeting room.  They chose one of the images from the exhibition last year and asked for it to be enlarged and printed as a Triptych.  Anyway they were very pleased with the resultant images.

We took a short walk around the accessible parts of the estate.  The park is being prepared for the Autumn Game Fair so the main parkland was off limits.  Deep in the woodland of Temple Wood is a small cottage, hardly visible from any of the paths.  I took this from the only vantage point.  I have often met the occupants early in the morning when taking photographs.  other than that it was an uneventful day, save that it looks like there may be a bit of wind overnight.  I'm sure it won't be on the same scale as the recent events in the Caribbean, Texas and Florida but it is still forecast to cause some damage, mainly because our trees are still fully leafed.  We seem to have got into the habit of naming our storms so it's hello to 'Aileen'.
