Smelling Autumn

This morning's wander took us to NT Dyrham Park, just down the road. National Trust venues such as this would be far too expensive for just an hour's ramble through the deer wood, but we've been paid up members for decades.

These two lads were entirely unconcerned about us as we walked by; one just smelling the air as we passed.

It's my eldest's 35th birthday today, and we're off soon to do serious damage to some pizza. Just three weeks hence she'll have taken a new surname, and we'll be well into the celebrations. I gather I may have to say something on the day... anyone know any good jokes? No, me neither.
