Hari Malaysia!

Malaysia Day and Summerfields Preschool Annual Sports day. I only did 16 lengths before we went (mainly to sort out my back, groaning after being squashed in the Merc last night) as we had to be there at 8.45. Turned out it was inside at the Equestrian Centre and was an Olympic theme. Everyone's shorts were too long and everyone got a medal. It was very difficult to get good photos and at the end when all the chosen and 'Heal the World' all the parents stood in front, phones aloft, so you couldn't see anything. Mmm! I did manage to get a shot of them singing One Malaysia.

Then, after the playpark, to Pelita for lunch (no roti canai) and I went to Jaya.

It was a lovely sunny afternoon so I had another 16 lengths and 2 hours by the pool, joined later by G and the girls. Olivia was v tired at dinner and we did manage a semi civilsed dinner of venison steak, wine and apple crumble.
