Contentment

I think this is what we all strive for and today was a great example of doing nothing extra super extraordinary but being happy. I thought the sun shining through hawthorn branches was a reasonable metaphor (and I've taken very few pics today so it'll have to do!).
I did meet a lovely lady, a fellow quilter whose number I was given. We managed a 2 hr chat (I don't find that tricky!) and organised another meet up. So nice when I know so few people here.
Other than that, another walk in stunning sunshine, some hacking back shrubs (very satisfying), lovely simple tea and a wonderful concert from St Albans Cathedral to listen to.
