Lots of jobs today and hopefully the last cutting of the grass! 

I went to the Open Evening of the local camera club last night, met lots of welcoming folks, saw some great photos, had a good cup of tea and decided to join!

It's been a fine, autumnal day and word must have got round the ladybird population as they have been coming in through open windows and doors looking for quiet places to hibernate.  This happens each year and each year we have to move them back outside as once the central heating goes on, they wake up and there is no food for them indoors!  Apparently once they have found a comfortable spot, they send out a message to attract others and then all cluster together.
