Leaf colour

This euonymus (I'm not sure which one) is always the first tree here to turn in the autumn. In fact, the leaves start to redden in mid to late July, and it's peaking about now, with some leaves starting to fall. The colour is wonderful - as good as a japanese maple - and is particularly bright this year. For the rest of the year it just bides its time until early autumn returns and it can show itself off for a few weeks.
