Try again

This must be the fourth time I have posted and written up my activities of the day. Must be slow internet due to the hundred thousand visitors we have in town for the Bathurst races. This annual event draws people from all over, even including Snowys gardening helper from Wanaka. A young Kiwi has taken out pole position with a record lap time yesterday of 2.03 mins. It takes me about 20 mins to drive around the track which goes up and over and down Mt Panorama. we have helicopters overhead to get the good vision for TV and can hear the buzz even though we are about 5 km from the track.

Now back to my day ( yesterday), had the kids stay, took them home, took them bike riding, went to Bunnings for more potting mix and big pots for the bamboo we are reporting, have brother staying for the races, went to nursery for flowering crab apple, and all the other thing you do on a Saturday. I am posting this for silly Saturday. When we put this tree in last year it grew like mad and then blew over in the wind before the roots got established. I put these pantyhose around it and it is nailed to the fence. Bob said it wouldn't hold but it did and the tree is thriving. Thanks to admirer for hosting silly Saturday.
