Lifting over the Distillery Rooftops

13.5C and wet most of the morning. Then dry and mostly cloudy. Wind S/SW/WSW to 30 mph with gusts to 38 mph in the morning then moderate breeze in the afternoon (it felt much lighter then the data suggests).

I went for a walk after lunch. I went round to the harbour then went out along Kilkerran Road for a mile and a half or so. Calm today with a cool feel in the air. Ronja Supporter was at the new quay in the ferry berth.

I turned at Glenramskill House and came back the same way then along the street side of the park. There were several seals bobbing about in the loch not far from the new quay. There or four people stopped and stood by the railing to have a look. The seals seemed quite content to bob about.  I came home through town passing the town hall and the bookshop (open).

On the Clip while walking:
BBC Radio Scotland.

Afternoon music ... Donovan, Catch the Wind. The Hurdy Gurdy Man.
