Sgwarnog: In the Field

Observed

An emergency shelfie blip. As the days get shorter I expect there will be more of these.

In the Observer's corner we have three that I acquired in childhood, five from more recent charity shop and market stall browsing and one which is a replacement for one that I'd had in childhood but which didn't survive one of the various culls that have been imposed by people subtly eroding my sense of self getting me to declutter a bit.

My Dad had a complete collection of the Observer's Aircraft volumes, of which a new one was issued annually, so I clearly have the Observer's gene.

And how annoying is it that the writing on Trees and Shrubs goes the wrong way? Much more annoying than the lack of a dustwrapper.
