Jellied Out

So, after all the foraging, chopping, cooking, straining and cadging containers I reckon to have finished making jelly. Totaling 86 tiny jars, I shall sell around 50 for the Church Project, which this year supports Action For Children.

I began with  mint jelly, and despite  hazards resulting in the loss (and recovery) of my glasses, managed to find enough extra ingredients, not forgetting a timely donation, to complete my plan. If I also sell some chutney I hope to give a reasonable donation to the charity.

Now suffering from a heavy cold I am glad I also made elderberry rob.
