This memorial rock is "In Appreciation and Recognition of the Nature Conservancy"  for their continued work in Arizona.  

The mission of The Nature Conservancy is to conserve the lands and waters on which all life depends.  Their vision is a world where the diversity of life thrives, and people act to conserve nature for its own sake and its ability to fulfill our needs and enrich our lives.

The Nature Conservancy has done more than anyone else to advance conservation around the world since its founding in 1951. They are currently supporting conservancy (and climate change issues) in over 50 countries.  I have been a member for several years.  It's the organization I am most proud to support.
