Nearly done with the cards... About time too.

Lots of list ticking this morning then off to CarbBoy's hearing appointment. Luckily we left plenty of time since the map they had sent led to a housing estate. Turns out the appointment was actually in the huge new hospital - you'd think they'd mention that in the address... Alarmingly young doctor, but whose grandparents met in Edinburgh, so we had a nice chat.

Later the news of a train hitting a school bus in southern France caused burnt dinner and much upset. Impossible to imagine what those parents are going through. We have friends in the town where it happened. I'm knocked for six by it.
