Rush Hour

There were three Gambel's quail racing across the wall and at the rate they were moving I knew it wasn't water they were after.  Nothing was going to stop them, not even a 14-inch long dish.  This guy used the rock to catapult himself over it.  The other two did the same.  It reminded me of some retired people who live in this town;  no place in particular to go but always in a hurry to get there.

I was feeling pretty awful from this infection so I slept most of the day. Later, based on Debbi's (dbifulco) recommendation, I started watching "The Crown" on Netflix.  It's definitely binge-worthy.   I couldn't stop!
