A hydrangea

I've never seen a hydrangea that looked like this before, and I think it's really very beautiful.  The plants were on sale at a local market and, as I didn't know if I'd make it back before Flower Friday, I thought I'd blip it today.

It was a busy day.  My trainer came back from a three-week absence for hip replacement surgery; it was good to see her but sad to know that due to their mistakenly severing a nerve, she is in constant pain.  I don't keep up with my workout very well when she's not here, so it was good to see her again.
