Just had to be

this morning's hard frost.

A beautiful but very cold morning. After Saturday's good night I was back to poor sleep last night but maybe that was the curry rather than the bug. So I wasn't up early but the hardness of the frost making everything white and the blue skies and sunshine made a joyous morning.

Took to the garden for my blip as it just had to be frost. This is a primula just waiting for springs early nudge. I have seen purple on the early crocus but most of the prospective petals are scattered on the ground after the attentions of a squirrel!
A few snowdrops coming into bud too. Lots to look forward to.
