The people closest to me!

Weather was foggy early on  -  then the wind got up and blew it away.  It was still too dark and damp for outdoor photography  -  have had the light on all day  -  so I worked on Annie Leibovitz's Lesson 7. The Assignment at the end was: 'Who are the people who are closest to you? If they are willing to put up with you, try photographing them'.  Well, the people closest to me are too far away geographically so I have done the next best thing  -  photographed them all together in an old photograph. I forget which camera I used but it was film  -  might have been a Rolliecord.  It is not sharp - I don't think any of my film photos were  -  but the faint fogginess relates to the passing of time  -  further away than I care to count:-)  I toyed between which photo to use as my main  -  was going to use the extra as my main because it is more blurred and typifies the passing of time more I think  -  disappearing into an almost impenetrable fog!.  They're the same photo, just different exposures.  My Mum is extreme left and my Sister extreme right  -  my two sons are in the background.
