Day #2 Embarkation day - Grecia Church

Today we made our way to the ship with a side trip to Saarchi along the way and a stop at Grecia where we were shown this church which is the only one in Central America made of iron apparently. It was built in 1896.
In Saarchi, we stopped at the craft village where they showed us where and how all the handicrafts are made, including the painted ox carts which are typical in this part of Costa Rica.
The largest one ever was displayed, but unless they had truly MASSIVE oxen, I am sure it is just for show - in extras if you have time to look, along with tonight's sunset.
we've met some really nice people and embarking the Azamara Quest was like coming home. Even though we have not been sailing on her since June 2016, there are a few of the crew who still recognised us, which is just amazing. Our upgraded cabin is just wonderful and I am sure we will have a fabulous time.
Tomorrow is a sea day, so time to relax and plan, and then onto Panama City.

Thanks for the lovely hearts, stars and comments on yesterday's frog - one of my all time favourite creatures :)
