The eyes have it (Wide Wednesday results)

I have been taking a few art work images for a couple of our friends today so they can submit them to the Royal Academy - the theme being nature - so it fits in well with this week's wide Wednesday :-)  This is one of the detail images, he full image and one of the others are in the extras.  An interesting task getting the colour balance to work,  despite photographing grey, white and black cards over one of the paintings!

Thank you to everyone who has entered over the past few weeks, it has been a pleasure hosting and going through the entries.  Never an easy task to pick the 5 favourites as the range of interpretations is always good and there have been some stunning images.  Thanks too to BobsBlips for letting me 'hold his baby' while he has been away!

The results are:
