The Roebuck Inn

A wet, grey day.

Which included a late lunch at the Roebuck Inn. Bit of a drive, but we wanted to sort out a new kitchen blind, we needed some provisions, and we felt like a bit of a trip and some rurality. So Mobberley via Kutsford.

As I got out of the car, I heard a mild croak, looked up and a couple of ravens were flying over. Always a surprise in this neck of the woods.

The blip involves no processing. Near our table, above a roaring log fire, was positioned an old mirror. . The glass surface is not what it once was, indeed it has deteriorated to the point where it might not qualify any longer as a mirror. The effect is rather pointilistic
