Great British Railway Journeys ?

Warrington Bank Quay to Brockenhurst via Wolverhampton.

The trains ran on time, the connection worked, the scenery was pleasant.

It got interesting from Banbury in Carriage D when the Shipton Ladies Hockey Club joined, en route for what was going to be a fun weekend in Bournemouth. Big hair (outrageous wigs), skimpy clothes, lots of lippy, and a lot of attitude. And they were all called Tina.

And thank goodness for the ticket inspector, who pointed out that I had booked my ticket for March 16th, not February 16th (Oops), but let me off. More care needed next time.
