Bridge over the River Kwai?

No just part of the ornamental planting which runs through the middle of the "Village Centre" at Whinfell Forest.  Every time I am in there i am impressed by whoever is in charge of the horticulture there.  This area is beautifully planted and in the "Sub Tropical Swimming Paradise" there are literally trees which must have been kept alive for as good number of years.

Today was our last day at Center Parcs.  So we spent the morning swimming.  Then at lunch time ArcaneSpark, S Daniel and Emily headed for Sheffield while we headed home.

In the afternoon Kanyl and I went to an interesting talk by Mike Carrier on the birds of the Eden Valley.  Dwelling mainly on the population changes of certain species.  Much food for thought.
