Tiny Guy

The theme for Tiny Tuesday was slimy but I forgot to look it up in advance.  Rather than changing course, I decided to use this shot of my tiniest friend: the beautiful Costa's hummingbird, Zippy. 

I nabbed my first shots of a migrant this morning, a Broad-billed hummingbird, replete with his colorful plumage and orange bill; however, the idiot that inhabits my body accidentally deleted them.  I doubt I'll have much of an opportunity in my yard in the future but it's great to know they are heading back to Madera Canyon.
