Wet Wet Wet

A short delayed Mother's Day trip to Charlecote this morning ... it was a lot more quiet than Sunday would have been!

The recent snow melt and rain have clearly made it into the rivers as the Avon has risen up to meet the top of the weir which the Dene (in the extra) normally flows over where they join.   The extra was photographed standing on the bridge in this previous blip.

Gill bought a couple of rather nice Hellebores which should look good in the garden if it ever dries out enough to plant them!
